Multiple organizations came together on Monday, February 13, 2023, to help educate the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) students, about consent. The event offered resources and condoms to help the community stay safe on Valentine’s Day. After the tabling, BAE-B-SAFE sat down with students and had a presentation to help ensure that they understood what is and what isn’t consent. The organization showed videos and read out scenarios to help get the message across.
